8 per cent solution

Step 1: Give Ontarians an 8 per cent electricity rebate and look like a hero. Step 2: Have taxpayers foot the bill. The Liberals must think this is a Wynne-Win strategy (Picking The Right Pocket, Filling The Left – editorial, Sept. 14).
